VII. All-in-one Card Management
One person, one card for the all-in-one card; a photo is attached and used as the staff ID badge. After the staff member leaves, the photo is removed and the card can continue to be used. The attendance center is managed by dedicated personnel authorized by the Administration Department; the management personnel's permissions are set by the Administration Department, and system maintenance is the responsibility of the computer room. Personnel authorized to enter the system: General Manager's Office, Administration Manager, Finance Manager.
