When our Zitin editor came across the post below, we just had to laugh!

Today I went with a friend to the ATM to withdraw money. As you k**, banks have thoseAutomatic Door. My friend was in line, and with nothing to do, I stood outside testing how theAutomatic Door reacted. As the door was about to close, I foolishly stuck half my head in, and... you guessed it - my head got stuck. Only then did I realize the door was push-button. Who on earth invented this? Enough said, it's a long, sad story...

Cases like the above happen either because the bank did not install pinch protection, or because the head was outside the protection zone... anyway! So how can this be avoided? Use sensor-controlled opening and closing for both entry and exit, and add pinch protection!

When a moving object approaches the door, it opens and closes automatically; this is called aAutomatic Door. Today, Automatic Door are increasingly used in office buildings, factories, supermarkets, airports and other places.

Automatic Door mainly means the door's open/close control system works by sensing. By sensing method it can be infrared automatic door, microwave automatic door, card-swipeAutomatic Door, touch-typeAutomatic Door doors, etc. The automatic door is also divided into slidingAutomatic Door and swing Automatic Door; sensing is one opening mode of the automatic door. By manufacturing process, the automatic door is divided into framed and frameless doors. The door body generally uses tempered glass, stainless steel plate, color steel plate, or some special materials.

As you k**, in recent years the automatic door introduced by Shanghai Zitin - taking the sliding type as an example - is a glass door widely used in shops, hotels, enterprises and **s. Its most direct feature is that it opens automatically when a person or object approaches. When just an object approaches, the door does not open.Automatic Door can be roughly divided into sliding, revolving and swing-pull types. Among them, the sliding and revolving types are best suited for installing sensors. According to the installationAutomatic Door environment and requirements, we can consider the automatic glass door configuration as follows:Automatic Door.

1) Choice of sensor: in ** hotels and office buildings, choose a high-sensitivity sensor; at banks and shops along pavements with constant foot traffic, choose a narrow-zone microwave sensor (sensors are adjustable).

2) Safety auxiliary device: in ** hotels and similar places where pinching incidents must be prevented, you can install anti-pinch infrared sensors.

3) Backup power supply: to ensure the automatic door still works during a power outage, a backup power supply can be installed.

How to maintain and care for a Shanghai bank automatic door? Bank automatic doors are becoming increasingly common; many shopping malls and hotels choose automatic doors to enhance their corporate image and increase traffic flow. Below, Shanghai Zitin explains the maintenance methods and daily ** of bank automatic doors.

Shanghai Zitin daily maintenance methods for bank automatic doors:

When inspecting a bank automatic door for problems, start by examining the door body: carefully check the threshold for scratches, whether the gaps between door leaves have changed, and whether any components show signs of corrosion. These all deserve close attention. Cleanliness is key to proper operation, so the area around the bank automatic door should be kept free of dust and debris, which can interfere with normal use.

After a bank automatic door has been in use for a while, its operator cabinet needs cleaning - dust builds up during operation and can cause problems, so keeping it clean is essential. Regular cleaning also effectively extends its service life. Importantly, whenever cleaning or repairing a bank automatic door, always switch off the power first for safe work.

During operation, the coordination of all components matters - opening and closing the bank automatic door relies on the floor rollers, so these need long-term care and regular ** to prevent latent faults and avoid rust stains.

Shanghai Zitin daily ** methods for bank automatic doors:

1. The inspector walks toward the bank automatic door from outside or inside at normal speed; the door should open automatically and move smoothly without collision. After the door opens, when a person passes slowly at about 1**-** mm/s, the door should stay open.

2. After the inspector leaves the sensor detection zone, the bank automatic door should close automatically after a 1-10 second delay (the delay can be set via the door parameters), moving smoothly without collision.

3. Observe the normal walking route through the bank automatic door; the daily route should be adjusted so people walk straight toward the door rather than at an angle.

4. When approaching the bank automatic door, the sensor's detection width should be greater than the fully opened width of the door.

5. If the bank automatic door has an auxiliary safety light sensor (infrared through-beam protection), while the door leaf is open and a person stands still, blocking the sensor by hand should keep the door open; within a few seconds after the hand is removed, the door should close again.
