When the Shanghai Zitin editor saw the following post, we were speechless!

Today I accompanied a friend to the ATM to withdraw money; as you k**, that kind of bankSensor sliding door, my friend was in line. With nothing to do, I stood outside the door and triedSensor sliding doorits response. Just as the door was about to close, I stupidly stuck half my head in, and... you k** the rest — my head got stuck. Only then did I realize the door was button-operated. Who invented this?! Never mind, too many tears to say **...

In cases like the above, the bank either did not install anti-pinch protection, or his head was outside the anti-pinch zone... anyway, it was his own fault! Of course, how to avoid this? Use sensor-operated doors for both entry and exit, and add anti-pinch protection!

When a moving object approaches the door, it opens and closes automatically; this kind of door is calledSensor sliding door. NowSensor sliding dooris increasingly used in office buildings, factories, supermarkets, airports and other places.

Sensor sliding doorIt mainly means the door's opening/closing control is realized by sensing; by sensing method it is divided into infrared sensor sliding doors, microwave sensor sliding doors, card-swipeSensor sliding door, touch-typeSensor sliding dooretc.; sensor sliding doors are further divided into sliding-typeSensor sliding doorand swing-typeSensor sliding door; sensing refers to one of the opening modes of sensor sliding doors. By manufacturing process, sensor sliding doors are divided into framed doors and frameless doors. The door body generally uses tempered glass, stainless steel sheets, color steel sheets or other special materials.

As we all k**, in recent years the sensor sliding doors introduced by Shanghai Zitin — taking the sliding type as an example — are a kind of glass door widely used in shops, hotels, enterprises and **s. Their most direct feature is that they open automatically when a person or object approaches.Sensor sliding doorThey can be roughly divided into sliding, revolving and push-pull types. Among them, the sliding and revolving types are most suitable for installing sensors. According to the installationSensor sliding doorenvironment and requirements, we can consider choosing theSensor sliding doorconfiguration as follows.

1) Choice of sensor: in ** hotels and office buildings, high-sensitivity sensors can be chosen; for banks and shops next to sidewalks where people often pass, choose a narrow-zone microwave sensor (sensors are adjustable).

2) Safety auxiliary devices: in ** hotels and other places where pinching incidents must be prevented, anti-pinch infrared sensors can be installed.

3) Equip a backup power supply: to ensure the sensor sliding door works normally during a power outage, a backup power supply can be provided.

How to maintain Shanghai bank sensor sliding doors? Bank sensor sliding doors are ** increasingly common; many malls and hotels choose them to enhance corporate image and ** traffic flow. Below, Shanghai Zitin explains in detail the maintenance methods and daily checks for bank sensor sliding doors.

Shanghai Zitin daily maintenance methods for bank sensor sliding doors:

To check whether the bank sensor sliding door has problems, start by observing the door body: carefully check whether the threshold has scratches, whether gaps between door leaves have changed, and whether any equipment shows signs of corrosion. These need careful **. For the door to run properly, cleaning is key, so there should not be too much dust or debris near the door, as these will affect normal use.

After the bank sensor sliding door has been used for a while, clean its operator housing, which accumulates dust during operation; this dust causes problems, so cleaning is important, and regular cleaning effectively extends service life. Note that whether cleaning or repairing the door, you must first turn off the power so work can be done safely.

During operation, the coordination of components is important; opening and closing relies on the floor rollers, so these must be maintained long-term and checked regularly to avoid hidden faults and rust.

Shanghai Zitin daily ** methods for bank sensor sliding doors:

1. The tester walks toward the bank sensor sliding door from outside or inside at normal speed; the door should open automatically and move smoothly without collision. After the door opens, when a person passes slowly at about 1**mm-**mm per second, the door should stay open.

2. After the tester leaves the sensor detection zone, after a delay of 1-10 seconds (adjustable via the door's switch parameters), the door should close automatically and move smoothly without collision.

3. Observe the normal walking path through the door; adjust the daily path so people walk directly toward the door rather than at an angle.

4. When approaching the door, the sensor's detection width should be greater than the fully opened width of the door.

5. If the door has an auxiliary safety light sensor (infrared through-beam protection), when the door leaf is open and a person stands still, covering the auxiliary safety light sensor by hand should keep the door open; within a few seconds after the hand leaves, the door should close again.
