Our editor at Shanghai Zitin was quite amused when seeing the following post!

Today I accompanied a friend to the ATM to withdraw money. As you probably k**, banks have those Sensor Doors. My friend was queuing, and with nothing to do I tried out how the Sensor Door reacted from outside. Just as the door was about to close, I foolishly poked half my head in, and... you k** the rest - my head got stuck. Only then did I realize the door was button-operated. Good grief, who invented this? Enough said; it is a long, tearful story...

In a case like the above, the bank either did not install anti-pinch protection, or his head was outside the anti-pinch zone... either way, it was quite a feat! Of course, to avoid this kind of thing, make both entry and exit sensor-operated and add anti-pinch protection.

When a moving object approaches the door, it opens and closes automatically; this kind of door is called a Sensor Door. Today, Sensor Doors are increasingly used in office buildings, factories, supermarkets, airports and other places.

A Sensor Door mainly refers to a door whose opening and closing control system operates by sensing. By sensing method, it can be divided into infrared sensor doors, microwave sensor doors, card-swipe Sensor Doors, and touch-type Sensor Doors; sensor doors are further divided into sliding Sensor Doors and swing Sensor Doors, where sensing is one of the door opening modes. By manufacturing process, sensor doors are divided into framed doors and frameless doors. The door body generally uses tempered glass, stainless steel sheet, color-coated steel sheet, or certain special materials.

As we all k**, in recent years the sensor doors introduced by Shanghai Zitin - taking the sliding type as an example - are a kind of glass door widely used in shops, hotels, enterprises and **s. Their most direct feature is that they open automatically when a person or object approaches, and do not open when just an object approaches. Sensor Doors can be roughly divided into sliding, revolving and push-pull types; among them, the sliding and revolving types are most suitable for installing sensors. Depending on the environment and requirements of the installed Sensor Door, we can consider choosing the Sensor Door configuration as follows.

1) Choice of sensor: in ** hotels and office buildings, high-sensitivity sensors can be chosen; in banks, shops and other places by the sidewalk where people frequently pass by, narrow-zone microwave sensors should be chosen (all sensors are adjustable).

2) Safety auxiliary devices: in ** hotels and other places where people-trapping incidents must be avoided, anti-pinch infrared sensors can be installed.

3) Backup power supply: to ensure the sensor door keeps working normally during a power outage, a backup power supply can be provided.

How to maintain and care for Shanghai bank sensor doors? Bank sensor doors are increasingly common **; many malls and hotels choose sensor doors to enhance their corporate image and increase traffic flow. Below, Shanghai Zitin explains in detail the maintenance methods and daily checks for bank sensor doors.

Daily maintenance methods for Shanghai Zitin bank sensor doors:

To check whether a bank sensor door has problems, we can start by observing the door body: carefully inspect whether the threshold has scratches, whether the gaps between the door leaves have changed, and whether any components show signs of corrosion - these are all areas we need to examine carefully. For a bank sensor door to run properly, cleanliness is key, so there should not be excessive dust and debris near the door, as these will affect normal operation.

After a bank sensor door has been in use for a while, we need to clean its operator housing, which accumulates a lot of dust during operation; this dust can cause problems during use, so cleaning is very important. Regular cleaning also effectively extends the service life of the bank sensor door. One thing you must always remember: whether cleaning or repairing the bank sensor door, always turn off the power first so the work can be carried out safely.

During operation, the coordination between the components of a bank sensor door is critical; for example, opening and closing relies on the floor rollers. These must therefore receive long-term maintenance and regular **, to prevent hidden faults and avoid rust stains on the bank sensor door.

Shanghai Bank Sensor Door Installation, Repair & Maintenance

Daily ** methods for Shanghai Zitin bank sensor doors:

1. When an inspector walks toward the bank sensor door from outside or inside at a normal pace, the door should open automatically, and its movement should be smooth without any collision; after the door opens, when a person passes slowly through at about 1**mm-**mm per second, the door should remain open;

2. When the inspector leaves the sensor detection zone, after a delay of 1-10 seconds (the duration can be set via the door switch parameters), the bank sensor door should close automatically, smoothly and without collision;

3. Observe the person normal walking path through the bank sensor door; the daily route should be adjusted so that people walk straight toward the door rather than at an angle;

4. When walking toward the bank sensor door, the sensor detection width range should be greater than the fully opened width of the door;

5. If the bank sensor door is fitted with an auxiliary safety light sensor (infrared through-beam protection device), when the door leaf is open and a person stands still, cover the auxiliary safety light sensor by hand; the door should remain open. Within a few seconds after the hand is removed, the door should close again.
