Press button A on the remote: both inner and outer detector sensors are disabled, the outer access panel is disabled, and the electric lock locks automatically,

(Full lock) people on both sides cannot enter at all. Used for anti-theft locking at night or on holidays.

 

Press button B: the outer detector sensor is disabled and the electric lock locks automatically, but the outer access panel and inner sensor remain active,

(One-way)  only people inside can enter by card. The inner detector is active, so exit is allowed.  Used for clearing the premises before closing.

 

Press button C: both inner and outer detectors and the access controller are disabled. The automatic door stays fully open,

Note: the input power may be taken from the sliding automatic door operator's AC/DC 12-36V supply, but ensure sufficient capacity. If the control power of a conventional automatic door operator cannot be used directly, connect an additional 12V DC regulated power supply of adequate capacity.

When using DC 12V input, connect to terminals 1 and 4 of the 8-pin terminal block; do not miswire. See the figure above.

The actual output current of the DC regulated power supply must exceed the maximum operating current of the electric lock (preferably 1.5 times or **).

When the built-in function extender is recessed deeply, the switching indicator tone may become quieter.

Important: the input signals from the inner/outer detectors and access controller must be passive shorting (dry-contact) signals.

Do not draw power for the inner/outer sensor detectors from this extender; connect them to the original detector power terminals of the automatic door main controller.

The factory default power-on state of this extender is access-control mode (equivalent to pressing button B). To set the power-on state to normal sensing mode, simply move the DIP switch to the corresponding position; see the terminal wiring instructions for details.
